Man is very reliant on petroleum oil products, from the key board I’m typing on to the gas in my truck, its uses are enormous. If I sit down and think about it I’m not sure there is anything good it brings to the table. There is way too much money involved….save Messiah’s return it won’t go away anytime soon. I’ve wondered about Rev. 16:3 and the current oil spill in the gulf as well. It is interesting that you linked the possible blood of a corpse actually being turned into oil, hadn’t thought about that. I thought maybe it was in reference to color.
